VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS
- Full Time (Code: VA-FT)
- Transcription, Email management, Proofreading and Editing, Invoice creation, PDF To Work Conversion and Vice Versa, PDF Splitting, Appointment setting, Calendar Management, Data Entry, Voicemail Checking, Managing CRMs, Personal Tasks, Appointment setting & reminders, even on personal issues such as anniversaries & birthdays, Events planning, Keeping diaries for ongoing activities, Online Chat Support, Online research, Preparation of documents & spreadsheets, Receiving incoming calls, etc.
- Part Time/Per Project Basis (Code: VA-PT)
- the tasks carried out by full time staff (as above), incuding tasks for accountants, writers, researchers, and any administrative assistance that can be done remotely.

Good day Ms. Dine! im hoping you can help me get online work at home. i work as a call center representative. im thinking it would be better if i just work at home. i read a lot of articles about working at home. i would prefer that rather than going to the office everyday. im really interested. hope you can give me options and i think i want to try the virtual assistant post. i can try it as a part time job and then if it worked out fine. i would love to have it as a full time job..thanks!
Reasons to get a VA
I am a real estate executive and I have used VAs for 2 years now.1. VAs save time and money and certainly saved mine. 2. Independant contractors so they are Tax Deductable 3. Offshore VAs can literally do the work “overnight” and everything is ready to start business the next day.
