We Create Office Solutions!
Call me any of these names, I don’t mind, even if I am actually the Operations Manager at OnAssist.com, the company I have been working with for one year now. It’s actually my First Year Anniversary with the company. Cheers! Cheers! Cheers!
Through the one year, I have invested a lot of time, non-sleep, research, and many things, to personally deal with clients, run the office, train staff, manage them, do all the nitty gritty things that would have brought about an effective virtual assistance office, including being virtual assistant myself to demanding clients. But of course, we strive for more—perfection and client satisfaction to the highest level.
OnAssist.com has been providing virtual assistance in a smaller scale when I came in, and through the months OnAssist.com has grown, bringing in a large number of satisfied clients, in various fields—small to medium sized enterprises in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia, from a rock star, to a guitar instructor, supplier of guitar chords, audio equipment, and techno gadgets, IT specialists, educationists. architects, interior designers, insurance brokers, real estate brokers, health and lifestyle enthusiasts, doctors, prospectors, businessmen, musical producers, make up artists, events organizers, assisted living facilities, churches, name it, we have it. Would you believe, we even have US-based virtual assistants as our clients—outsourcing to us the virtual assisting requirements of their own clients.
And through my one year, I give credit to the owner of OnAssist.com for having been understanding, the administrative staff for their excellent support, the other divisions (academic, business and resume writing) for their moral support, and most of all staff—my Virtual Assistance Specialists, highly educated, patient, efficient multi taskers, whose English (oral and written), you will be surprised, is impeccable. They come from different fields—engineers, IT graduates, marketing graduates, journalists, the sciences, teachers, etc., who have opted to make virtual assisting as their careers.
What do Virtual Assistants do? Simple things, simple solutions—all online, but they mean a lot to our clients.
Transcription (written and recorded)/Email Management/Proofreading and Editing/Invoice Creation/Research/Appointment setting (reminders, even on personal issues such as anniversaries, birthdays)/Calendar Management/Data Entry/Voicemail Checking/Managing CRMs/Prospecting/Creation of Database/Personal Tasks/Events planning/Taking Minutes of the Meetings/Keeping Diaries for Ongoing Activities/Online Chat Support/Online Research/Email Campaigns/Writing web articles and blog contents/Handling Newsletters/Managing a Virtual Store/Preparation of Documents and Spreadsheets/Receiving Incoming Calls and Making Outbound Malls/Software Data Testing/PDF To Word Conversion and Vice Versa/PDF Splitting/Creating Logos, and many more.
Rather than for clients to do these mundane tasks, they have opted to assign the tasks to our Virtual Assistance Specialists at OnAssist.com, so that they can perform the bigger tasks of managing their businesses and giving time to their families.
I offer a virtual toast to everyone at OnAssist.com and to our valued clients for making all these possible!

Happy Anniv, Ms Dine! Wow it has been a year already and I personally want to thank you for all the support and encouragement you have given me. You are one great Manager with a unique way of leading—with a motherly touch!
Thanks again po for the patience and care—We love you, Ms Dine
Being a VA is one of the best things and experiences i ever had. I’m glad i was given a chance to be one and i owe it to EBIO and to my project manager, Ms Dine…
Being a VA would somehow let you feel like a super woman being able to handle multi-tasking jobs with different fields.. And what’s more fun is the VA-Client relationship, cause you get to deal with their different attitudes and likes but you still get to love them.. specially with their heart warming comments after your accomplished task…
Again, thank you.. will miss you… Happy Anniversary!!
Thanks again for all this experiences, good thoughts and blessings…
We love you…
Happy Anniversary! Keep up the good work.
Has it been a year, Dine? Wow! Cheers to you and Virtual Assistant. This is the kind of business I have long ago in my mind wanted to put up. Editorial and writing services. You think I can go into it in a small way? Ooops .. i don’t think you would mind the very micro-scale competition. hahaha
