Perfect Moments

perfect moments
they just happen
they’re not made
there’s no coincidence
may be gone in a snap
want them forever?
grasp them by the hand
keep them in your heart
savor them while they last
nourish them
will they last forever?
will they go?
what happens next
is not made
it will just happen
perfect moments
yours if meant to be
gone if not
will you keep the perfect moments?
or will they become just memories?
Photo was taken by Sexy Mom in Bhutan last June 2006. It has been a favorite since then. Little did I know that in April 2007, Dimaks would make The D Spot’s header using a theme so similar to this photo. It just happened. Look at the photo, compare it with the flower in the left side of my header. See the similarities? This is one reason why I believe in “Perfect Moments”—they just happen, they’re not made, no coincidences.

“'Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others, cannot keep it from themselves.”
---James Matthew Barrie

What a coincidence nga!
I am hoping to experience my own romantic “perfect moment” soon
SexyMom: Hushhh, Mica, cry no more. you’re just doing well, don’t worry, it will come. time heals, you know. at your age, you are looking for that romantic “perfect moment”. at my age, any moment can become a perfect moment, any moment can become just a memory.
sabi ni Buddha:”We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world.” kasama din siguro dito ang perfect moments.
Ito naman (perhaps) ang litanya when one failed to see the perfect moments.
from the One Ring Musical:
maybe it’s a gentle voice,
that told picture on the wall.
or how you let the moment pass
when you had no time at all.
maybe it’s more how you feel.
than what you say or do.
or maybe how i wish at night
that all your dreams come true.
you thought you were protecting me,
when you tried to say goodbye.
and although that was long ago,
i still think of it and cry.
i cry for all the simple things
i never got to say.
i know that you can’t hear me
but i’ll say them anyway.
Have a great day ahead.
SexyMom: sad
when one misses that perfect moment. sometimes the perfect moment is just there…waiting.
wow. what a beautiful coincidence.
SexyMom: indeed!
Oh wow! What a beautiful purple coincidence! I just love that color.
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
who’s the fairest of them all?
The flower purple,
Of Dine the beautiful.
SexyMom: Oh, Mari, that’s so nice and flattering
What a lovely flower!
I love perfect moments, it gives me something nice to look back to when the going gets tough.
SexyMom: yes, looking at it gives me also the feeling of peace and quiet…relaxing.
we have those in our garden too, in different colors, ganda talaga.
SexyMom: seems like they are everywhere, i saw similar ones, yes, in different colors, too, in Lahore, Pakistan.
very beautiful moment!
hi mommy dine, was here!
will add u to my blog lists. ok?
SexyMom: hi, Arlene…welcome to my home. am glad you dropped by, please come more often!
The flower looks so nice especially since it is in my fave colour.
SexyMom: my fave color, too, Chase.
i was about to comment that there is a very nice color coordination between that flower and the one on your blog’s header, until i saw your last lines of the entry
..the color is just very serene and calm.
SexyMom: and that header was your creation. thanks, again, dimaks. and oh, i am glad to read about your little one who is now with you.
This is a beautiful picture! I guess you can’t get this with compact point and click.
Nice shot.
