Pinoy Moms Network: Sections Converted to Sub-domains

Since after its launch last February 2007, Pinoy Moms Network has gone a long way, with about 70 Filipina moms, local and global having registered as members, and a good majority contributing articles to the different sections. Readership has increased by leaps and bounds.

Now, after 7 months, PMN founder, Connie’s plan to split PMN into sub-domains has materialized, and the process is almost complete. Each section has become a sub-domain under the administration of its respective Editor. PMN has become a network of blogs, and the section editors have become full Editors of their respective sub-domains. The main PMN blog now remains as an aggregator of newly-updated mommy blogs, as well as an aggregator of the contents of the sub-domains.

Pinoy Moms Network now has 8 sub-domains, with the following editors:

Yours truly, Sexy Mom, continues to be the Editor of the the Parenting Sub-domain, called Pinoy Moms Network: The Parenting Blog. The url is: http://parenting.pinoymomsnetwork.com

    Congratulations.

    This move is great way to streamline everything. This will also measure which section is the most liked section by readers. In a way, this may pose as a challenge to editors to come up with an excellent if not exceptional material.
