2008 ACET Results Link (UPDATE as of 1 am, 6 Jan 08)

The link to ACET Results for SY2008-2009, www.ateneo.edu/results.php is now working! You need to key in your complete name: family, first and middle names. Results are now posted outside the Blue Eagle Gym. There continue to be a HUGE crowd down there!

Yesterday, the ACET Database was down. It gave amessage: “Sorry but the name you entered is not in the list.” Those who wanted to know the results headed on to Katipunan! It was better to see the results personally rather than to know from others—as there could be unintentional mistakes amidst the hullabaloo.

Hi ma’am. Thanks a lot for your wonderful blog. Nataranta na ako kaninang umaga nung nakita ko, bagsak ako! Waa…thank God I was a bit smarter and decided to click the other links in the Ateneo site. Endi pla gumagana…I kept bouncing back to the ACET results site. So I decided to give up altogether.

My friends and I had planned to stay up late last night pero endi na ako natuloy…inantok na ako eh! XP Sayang….I now regret choosing sleep over knowing the results…now I’m even more anxious and on my toes trying to see when the blasted site will be repaired.

On a lighter note, congratulations to your son…or was it your grandson? Sorry ma’am XP Thanks a lot for the update.

PS. About your comment on poverty….I suggest more action and less chit chat on the blog. Not to be impolite, but I’ve seen countless others rant about the Philippine society’s bane but not do a thing about it. It’s just my opinion.

Look some more, see how I try my best to help as many Filipinos as possible in earning decent money. It may not be much, but still, there is some positive in it. And see, how in my little own way, I influence a lot of people, toward a more positive disposition through sharing my experiences in parenting, in dealing with the daily struggles in life, in instilling hope, in promoting peace, and in rearing God fearing, law abiding children the best way that I can. So, you see, it’s not all chit chat on the blog. How about you—have you in your own little way tried something to this effect? If only all of us will do so, we will have a better place to live in.

Thank you for the update. I checked the Ateneo homepage a while ago and now it says that the results will be made available starting tomorrow, January 6 at midnight.

Pardon my foolishness, I am but a new visitor to your blog. Thanks a lot for the insight. I’ll try to read more of your past entries and I look forward to reading your future ones. Please I want to know if my son pass the Ateneo entrabce exam last year. I tried so many links but no list of passers. My son’s name is Von Edward R. Marquez. And I am working here in Abu Dhabi UAE in KEO International Consultants as Snr. Project Manager.
My son passed the other universities (Mapua and UST) but I he likes Ateneo. Salamat po.
