UPDATE: 23 Sept 2007 (Sunday) at 3 pm: UST vs ADMU at the Araneta
Today’s game was another heart-stopping, high energy game—it was anybody’s game until the dying seconds of the game when ADMU scored 2 instead of a 3-pointer which could have tied the score.
Score: ADMU-69/DLSU-70
Kudos to both teams for a game well fought. CONGRATULATIONS TO DLSU!
Now, ADMU will take it the real harder way in this stepladder series. As it was with its loss to NU last Sunday, which made it a harder way to go to the finals, it will be harder even more now. But at least, it is not yet hopeless case. ADMU Blue Eagles have to soar high this time. Next game will be against UST, with the winner playing against DLSU who now has a twice to beat advantage. The winner will then play against UE.
Once schedule is announced, I will post it here, promise!

dapat yata hindi ako nanonood ng game para manalo dlsu
Heard about this from a former blockmate. sighs and they said it was a great game. Well the score says it all.
Congrats to DLSSU and to Ateneo, I’m sure they put up one great basketball game.
animo la salle
bakit pinagbawal ang mga digital cameras sa general admissions area ng araneta coliseum? security threat?
animo la salle!
it was a great game.
The blue eagles played well, but still, as a lasallian myself, green archers is always the best!
miss D,
sa sunday 3pm ang laban ng UST at AdMu
SexyMom: yes you are right! andun sa taas, nakalagay na
I believe the most logical explanation for dlsu’s win is, a ‘glich’...you know, unforseen anomaly…no,no,no, mind ya all, not admu’s glich, but dlsu’s…nabigla lang
to put it more bluntly, tsamba
GO! ATENEO!

COMMENT ko:
When I was younger, so much younger than today .. este … nung panahon pa ng Toyota-Crispa (go Toyota!), bawal na ang cameras sa Araneta (although nalulusutan din) ... outdated na ang mindset ng mga in-charge of security … e halos lahat ng cellphone now, merong camera.
I will add:
“Bakit pag bumili ka ng bottled water sa Araneta, hindi ibibigay ang bottle cap? Pagbumili ka ng drinks in dixie cups, hindi rin ibibigay ang caps … ang resulta? tapon dito, tapon dun, lagkit sahig, basa upuan …
In the Sept 9 DLSU-Ateneo game (Go La Salle!), I had 7 kids with me …7 KIDS
imagine when I bought them all their drinks!! I had a good time watching the storeclerk put them in a bag (without the caps of course) .. ay nagtutumbahan
so I demand a new, full bottle for each bottle na tumumba at tumapon (I bought 8 bottles, they threw away 6, 7 including the “unrefrigerated bottle” they opened and I refused.) ... call me a sadist but they strictly imposed a crazy rule, so I respond as a strict customer.
According to them this was the instruction of Management, as part of Security measures. I asked the poor salesclerk to ask their management to do the selling and find out how bright their ideas were.
sus! mahaba na naman comment ko.
GO ADMU BLUE EAGLES
!! GO CHRIS TIU
!
Bstah tandaan nio, bano ang iba
Kahit hindi aq Atenista… Basta I’m an avid Fan of ATENEO BLUE EAGLES
Go Go Go
I like green cause it’s color represents nature… But, I’ll still go for BLUE
ang galing po ni ravena
ung no. 14….
what po name nya????
to Lara Cabrera:
#14 Ravena of Ateneo HS team ba ‘ika mo?
That’s Kiefer Ravena, son of UE and PBA standout Bong Ravena … ang galing na bata ‘no?
Kiefer is a freshman at the Ateneo. He was part of the Grade School team of La Salle (kaya naman gumaling eh) and was somehow “recruited” into the dark side …. este … for the Blue Eagles (hehehe, biro lang mga Ateneans).
