I was quietly working, when Monica at 7 am was shrieking with joy, saying that she was on Reuter’s Times Square Billboard. And I thought that she was just dreaming. She showed me 5 text messages saying,
.“Your Smiles: Congratulations, your photo will be live in Times Square and on www.reuters.com/smiles at 7:40am, 10:20am, 2:00pm and 8:40pm PST.”
True enough, we checked the website, and found the 5 photos she sent as part of the photos that were featured today. They are also in Monica’s Multiply site.
From the submitted photos, the editors choose photos for the day, then 18 photos will again be chosen for the week. I was able to submit a few photos before the deadline of 12 mn EST, 16 June.
